But it's the anglers who find the unit's three lakes most inviting for an outstanding fishing for striped bass. Recreation area lakes includes O'Neill Forebay, San Luis Reservoir, and Los Banos Creek Reservoir. Regular strong winds make O'Neill Forebay and San Luis Reservoir an excellent location for board sailors.
